1. *Terms and Conditions*
We appreciate your interest in our domestic staffing services. Please note the following terms and conditions:
2. *Payment and Agency Fees*
- Agency fees are payable before we supply any domestic staff, unless otherwise agreed.
- You will cover transportation costs for any staff you want to employ from our agency, regardless of location. This cost is non-refundable including agency fees.
3. *Background and Medical Checks*
- We conduct thorough background checks on all staff.
- You are responsible for conducting medical checks to ensure the health status of the staff you are employing.
4. *Replacement Policy
We provide a two-time replacement guarantee, valid for nine months, in the event if our staff member leaves for any reason
- After nine months you may renew our agency services if desired.
5. *Staff Welfare*
- We do not tolerate maltreatment or starvation of staff. Please report any concerns to us immediately.
- First-month salary:
50% to be paid to us

and 50% to the staff.
- Timely payment of salaries is essential. Please do not withhold or delay payment.
- No trading or requesting staff from your domestic staff is allowed.
Please do not expose them to smoke or deceive them into sex is unacceptable and is punishable by law
6. *Client Responsibilities*
- Keep valuable items secure, as we will not be liable for any losses.
- Inspect staff luggage upon arrival and departure to avoid misunderstandings.
- Provide comfortable accommodations and sleeping arrangements for live-in staff.
- Ensure staff receive proper medical care and treatment when needed.
- Provide basic amenities like bathing soap and toothpaste.
- Allow staff vacation time based on your agreement.
